Yanique Taylor is a seasoned Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Florida who provides compassionate, effective counseling services to individuals, couples, and families. With over 15 years of experience, Yanique is known for her warm, collaborative approach and her ability to help clients navigate life’s challenges with clarity and confidence.

Yanique specializes in a wide range of areas, including premarital counseling, relationship enhancement, maternal mental health, perinatal and postpartum depression, parenting support, trauma healing, anxiety management, family conflict resolution, life transitions, mood disorders, grief and loss, self-esteem, and marital recovery. She works with clients across various stages of life, offering support that is both practical and deeply empathetic.

She also leads Walk & Talk Therapy, a unique and holistic approach that integrates movement and nature into the therapeutic process. These outdoor sessions provide clients with a refreshing alternative to traditional therapy, promoting emotional release, mental clarity, and overall well-being.

Yanique is highly trained in multiple evidence-based and specialized modalities, including Gottman Method Couples Therapy, Prepare/Enrich Premarital Counseling, Trauma Incident Reduction (TIR), the Eagala Model (equine-assisted therapy), Nurturing Parenting, Circle of Security, Perinatal Mood Disorders: Components of Care, and Resolve Through Sharing Bereavement.

She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Florida Atlantic University and her Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Nova Southeastern University.
