Asmandy Jean, M.S.
Asmandy Jean is a former educator turned therapist who brings a deep understanding of personal growth, faith, and relational dynamics to her work. She specializes in helping couples, women, and teens rewrite the narratives that shape their lives and relationships.
Asmandy is especially skilled in working with teenagers, meeting them where they are with a relatable, engaging approach. With her background in education, she has a unique ability to understand how teens communicate, connect, and process their experiences, allowing her to build strong rapport and create a space where they feel heard, understood, and supported.
Using a narrative therapy approach grounded in Christian values, Asmandy walks alongside clients as they identify and transform the stories they believe about themselves—whether in marriage, personal identity, or family relationships. Her work helps clients experience healing, clarity, and a renewed sense of purpose rooted in God’s truth.
Asmandy earned her Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy from Capella University and is passionate about creating a supportive, Christ-centered environment where clients feel empowered to challenge limiting beliefs and build healthier, grace-filled relationships.
She is honored to help individuals, couples, and teens change their narrative and step into the life God is calling them to live.
